Improve your hearing experience in noisy, distant, or complex environments.

Increase Convenience

Streamline day-to-day use with tools like remote controls or apps.

Extend Device Life

Proper cleaning and maintenance tools keep your hearing aids in top condition.

Types of Hearing Aid Accessories

Wireless Connectivity Devices

If you’re looking for hearing aid accessories for TV, this is for you. Many modern hearing aids can connect to smartphones, TVs, and other electronic devices using Bluetooth® or dedicated wireless accessories. This allows you to:

  • Stream phone calls, music, or TV audio directly to your hearing aids.
  • Adjust volume and settings through companion apps.
  • Experience hands-free communication.

Remote Microphones

Struggling to hear in noisy environments or from a distance? A remote microphone picks up sound from whoever is speaking and transmits it directly to your hearing aids, improving clarity in challenging listening situations, such as a crowded restaurant.

Cleaning and Maintenance Tools

Proper care supports the longevity and performance of your hearing aids. You might benefit from:

  • Cleaning brushes and wipes.
  • Dehumidifiers to remove moisture buildup.
  • Wax guards to prevent earwax from clogging your devices.

Charging Solutions and Cases

Charging stations and portable cases mean your rechargeable devices are always powered up. Many new chargers can hold several charges without being plugged in, adding to their convenience.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)

ALDs can improve hearing in spaces designed for listening, such as theaters or classrooms. They deliver amplified sound, so you don’t miss out on anything.

How to Choose the Right Accessories

Before investing in accessories, get used to your new hearing devices first. Wear them every day so you can get used to them and figure out what’s not working for you.
You can buy hearing aid accessories online or with your hearing health care provider.

Can I Attach My Hearing Aid to My Glasses?

While it’s rare to attach your hearing aids to your glasses, you can certainly wear both comfortably, especially with the proper set-up. Here are a few styles to consider if you wear glasses:

Behind-the-Ear (BTE) hearing aids and receiver-in-canal hearing aids both sit comfortably behind the ear, which means they’re compatible with most glasses. To ensure a secure fit, put on your glasses before positioning your hearing aids behind your ears. You can also work with your hearing health care provider to adjust the tubing. There are also hearing aid models designed for glasses wearers.

Finally, In-the-Ear (ITE) hearing aids sit entirely in the ear canal, avoiding interference with glasses altogether.
