This battery size is primarily used for in-the-ear hearing aids as well as hearing aids that are fully inserted into the ear canal.
The batteries measure 5.8mm by 3.6mm. The small size of these batteries makes them ideal for smaller hearing aids. Each stack lasts approximately 3 to 10 days.
Battery size 13
Battery size 13 is the most common for behind-the-ear or in-the-ear hearing aids. They measure approximately 7.9mm by 5.4mm.
These batteries have a lifespan of approximately 6 to 14 days, depending on your use.
Battery size 312
Batteries of this size measure approximately 7.9mm by 3.6mm. You can use them for behind-the-ear hearing aids (mini) or in-the-ear hearing aids.
These batteries last approximately 3 to 10 days, depending on your usage.
Battery size 675
Batteries of this size are primarily used for powerful behind-the-ear hearing aids .
These batteries are larger (11.6mm by 5.4mm) and also have the longest lifespan, between 9 and 20 days, depending on your usage.
Each type of hearing aid uses a specific battery size, each size has a different lifespan. The exact lifespan of a battery also depends on how the hearing aid is used.
Tip! Want to the get the most out of your hearing aid battery? Remove the sticker from the battery and wait five minutes before inserting it into the hearing aid. This gives the battery time to absorb extra oxygen so that the maximum power is released.
